BEGIN YOUR somatic JOURNEY

Feel. Express. Release. Renew.

MEET YOUR practitioner

Ellie Garrison
Licensed Somatic Breathwork Practitioner

Hi, and welcome! I’m Ellie, and I’m so honored you’re here

It’s easy to lose yourself in the chaos—suppressing ‘unwanted’ emotions, tension, and stress until it’s locked in so tight that you don’t even know which way is up. Over time, that weight builds, leaving you feeling disconnected, stuck, or just off.

But here’s the truth: you don’t have to carry it forever.

I know this because I’ve lived it. For years, I pushed through, holding onto emotions I didn’t have the space to process, convinced I had to keep it all together. I was surviving, but I wasn’t fully living.

Then I found Somatic Breathwork. Or maybe… it found me.

My first session cracked something open inside me—like I had been holding my breath for years without realizing it. The release was undeniable. The shift was immediate. I felt lighter, freer, and more present in my body than ever. And I knew, without question, this was what I was meant to do.

Somatic Breathwork isn’t just about regulation—it’s about release. It’s about clearing out what no longer serves you so you can make space for what does. For what expands you, grows you, and aligns with who you’re meant to be.

I’ve done countless sessions as a participant, experiencing firsthand how powerful this practice is—not just as a tool for relaxation but as a deep, embodied transformation. A world starved for safety, connection, and permission to feel needs this work. That’s exactly why I became a certified somatic breathwork practitioner.

In a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed space, I’ll guide you through this journey with deep care and understanding. This is about you—your breath, your body, your transformation.

In addition to being a licensed somatic breathwork practitioner through Soma + IQ, accredited in partnership with Arizona State University,
I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Park University, where I graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the Alpha Chi National Honor Society, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Metropolitan Community College, where I was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

My journey has taken me through both corporate and nonprofit work, always centered on service, connection, and helping others thrive. I currently serve as Executive Assistant to the CEO of the Mid-Continent Public Library System, where I continue my passion for supporting people and building communities.

When I’m not guiding breathwork sessions, I’m living real life — raising two teenagers with my husband, chasing around two overly enthusiastic dogs (Aspen and Roxy), and running my custom bracelet business on the side.

Life has a way of running circles around us, doesn’t it?

That’s why I’m so passionate about this work. Because sometimes, we all need someone to help us hit pause — to breathe, to slow down, to take up the space we forgot we were allowed to have.

I’m here to help you find that space again.

If you’re ready to breathe deeper, feel lighter, and step into the life you’re meant to live…

Let’s do this. Together.

Whenever you’re ready—I’m here.
