What is Somatic Breathwork?
Somatic Breathwork is the practice of using your breath to unlock what your body has been forced to hold — the stress, the tension, the emotions your mind learned to push away just to survive.
Your mind may forget; but your body never does.
Through guided breathing patterns and trauma-informed support, we move the emotions that have weighed your body down — Clearing what no longer serves you and creating space for what does.
WHat to Expect During Your Session
From the moment you arrive, you’ll step into a private, welcoming space designed just for you—peaceful, comfortable, and entirely yours for the next 90 minutes. There’s ample parking right out front, so no need to stress about logistics. Just bring yourself—everything else is provided.
This is a shoes-off, eyes-closed, fully immersive experience. You’ll be lying down, supported by soft blankets and pillows, to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease. No special clothing, no complicated prep—just come as you are. Complimentary bottled water and hot tea are always available to help you feel nourished and grounded before and after your session.
Consult & Intentions (15 Minutes)
We’ll begin with a relaxed conversation about how you’re feeling—whether it’s stress, emotions, or simply a desire to reconnect with yourself. There’s no pressure to have the “right” words; this is a space to just be.
I’ll ask a few open-ended questions to help you check in with yourself and set an intention for your session. I’ll also walk you through the breathwork process so you know exactly what to expect. This is your space—I’m here to guide you, but you’re always in control of your experience.
Breathwork Journey (45-50 Minutes)
You’ll settle in, close your eyes, and begin a guided breathwork practice designed to move energy, clear tension, and release whatever is holding you back. The music will carry you, and I’ll be there the entire time, supporting and guiding you through the experience. Some moments may feel powerful, some deeply peaceful—all of it is welcome.
Waking Up & Integration (15-20 Minutes)
As you gently return to the present moment, you’ll have time to rest, reflect, and let your body absorb the experience. You’ll be offered bottled water or a hot cup of tea, and you can sit quietly, journal, or simply take your time to ease back into your day.
Post-Session Check-In
Before you go, we’ll check in—whatever came up, whatever you’re feeling, this is your space to share if you’d like or simply sit in reverence of your experience.
Support doesn’t end when you leave. As your nervous system settles, new emotions or insights may arise. I’ll make sure you know how to reach me for a follow-up check-in so you feel supported as you integrate your experience

Every session is unique, and there’s no right way to experience it. Some people feel an immediate release, some feel a deep sense of peace, and others feel lighter. Whatever unfolds, know that you are exactly where you need to be.
